Issue（問題点）

Windows 版 Adobe Acrobat 5.0x/Acrobat Reader 5.0x をインストールしようとすると、Acrobat/Acrobat Reader が「ins5576.」を含むエラーを返します。以下にエラーの例を示します。

以下の A.～C. のうちのいずれか、または複数を実行します。

以前のバージョンの Acrobat/Acrobat Reader をアンインストールしてから、Acrobat 5.0x/Acrobat Reader 5.0x をインストールします。以下の手順を実行します。

以前のバージョンの Acrobat/Acrobat Reader をアンインストールします。アンインストールする場合は、Acrobat のアンインストーラを使用してください。
コンピュータを再起動します。
Windows と同時に起動するアプリケーション（ウイルス対策ソフトを含む）をすべて終了させてから、Acrobat 5.0x/Acrobat Reader 5.0x をインストールします。

「Temp」フォルダの中身および「Uninst.isu」ファイルを削除してから、Acrobat 5.0x/Acrobat Reader 5.0x をインストールします。以下の手順を実行します。

「Windows¥Temp」フォルダ（Windows 95/98/Me/XP）／「Temp」フォルダ（Windows NT）／「Winnt¥Temp」フォルダ（Windows 2000）の中身を削除します。
次のフォルダから「Uninst.isu」ファイルを削除します。

－ Windows 95 の場合、「Program Files¥Common Files¥Adobe¥Acrobat 5.0¥95」フォルダ
－ Windows 98 の場合、「Program Files¥Common Files¥Adobe¥Acrobat 5.0¥98」フォルダ
－ Windows Me の場合、「Program Files¥Common Files¥Adobe¥Acrobat 5.0¥ME」フォルダ

起動中のアプリケーション（ウイルス対策ソフトを含む）をすべて終了させてから、Acrobat 5.0x/Acrobat Reader 5.0x をインストールします。

「Program Files¥Common Files¥Adobe」フォルダをデスクトップに移動させ、起動中のアプリケーション（ウイルス対策ソフトを含む）をすべて終了させてから、Acrobat 5.0x/Acrobat Reader 5.0x をインストールします。
