Issue
Photoshop CS5 crashes when you perform any number of functions including:
- when you change the focus of the application such as by clicking on an object, or tool,
- when you choose the Type menu,
- when you select the Text tool,
- when you press the tab key on the keyboard,
- when you select a different workspace.

You are running the 64-bit version of Photoshop CS5, and you have MultiMaster (MM)fonts installed on your computer.
Solution: Install the Photoshop 12.0.1 update.
Download and install the update from the Adobe website at www.adobe.com/downloads.
