Single Conference Call recording per Meeting
Issue
Breeze users cannot record more than one audio conference call from Premiere Global Services in a Breeze Meeting.
Reason
Currently, conference call recording is limited to a single recording per Breeze Meeting session. Subsequent recording attempts result in a warning prompt that the previous recording will be erased.
Solution
Use two or more Meetings to capture additional recordings, or use two or more Meeting sessions to record multiple sessions in the same Meeting.
How do you successfully end a Meeting Session?
The Meeting Host should stop the recording and use the Meeting> End Meeting... menu command. It will take up to 5 minutes for the session to be processed.
How do I know that the session has processed and is ended?
- Login to the Breeze Manager as a Host of the Meeting.
- Click on Meeting and navigate to your Meeting room name.
- Click on Reports.
- Click on By Sessions.
If the End Time has a "-" (dash) rather than a date/time, then the session for the Meeting has not ended successfully.
