How do I make my Adobe Captivate audio available for Podcasting?

Solution


You can make your Adobe Captivate audio files available for Podcasting by exporting the audio from Adobe Captivate.

To Export One Audio File Per Slide:

  1. Open your Adobe Captivate file.
  2. Select Audio > Advanced Audio.
  3. Select all the slides.
  4. Click Export.
  5. Browse to and select an output folder.
  6. Click OK.

This will export all the audio (one audio file per slide) from your Adobe Captivate project for podcasting. To view a demonstration of this process click on the Adobe Captivate window below.

To Export All Audio as a Single MP3 File:

  1. Open your Adobe Captivate file.
  2. Click on the last slide containingÂthe audio you want to copy.
  3. Select Insert > Blank Slide
  4. Select Audio > Edit Timing.
  5. Click and drag to selectÂthe audio you want to export.
  6. Right-click on the selected audio and select Copy.
  7. Scroll to the blank slide inserted earlier,Âright-click and select Paste.Â
  8. Click OK.
  9. Select Audio > Advanced Audio
  10. Select the slide containing the copied audio
  11. Click Export
  12. Browse to and select an output folder.
  13. Click OK.

This will export the audio fromÂyour Adobe Captivate projectÂas aÂsingle audio file for podcasting.
