Best practice using the Breeze Meeting Archive Transcript feature
The technique of using separate layouts to structure your Breeze Meeting is retained in its archive.
When viewing a recording, a user can select the "Archive Transcript" feature, an index of the archive based on layouts. This feature is of particular use to someone interested in listening to certain portions of the recording, rather than all of it.
Users viewing the archive should click on the "View Archive Transcript" button located at the bottom left hand corner of the archive play bar. This will cause a new window to appear, displaying the archive transcript.
