Sharing Breeze Presenter 5 themes
Issue
Users who customize Breeze Presenter 5 themes may wish to distribute them to other content authors.
Solution
Each time a theme is created, Breeze Presenter 5 creates a folder with the same name as the theme and saves it under the user profile folder in Windows. To share the theme to all users on the system, follow the steps below:
- Create and save a theme in Breeze Presenter 5 (Breeze > Theme Editor > Save As).
- Save the PowerPoint file.
- Navigate to the \Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Macromedia\Breeze Presenter\Themes folder.
- Copy the folder with the theme name.
- Place the copied folder onto the themes folder of the user profile where you wish to copy the themes to (Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Macromedia\Breeze Presenter\Themes).
Once the theme folder has been copied from the authors theme folder to the user's theme folder, the theme will be available once the user logs into the system and runs PowerPoint.
