Uninstall Custom Installed Adobe Flash 8 does not remove/delete all the folders
Issue
When uninstalling Adobe Flash 8 custom installation, the uninstall process does not remove all folders
The following steps illustrate this issue :
- Run the Adobe Flash 8 installer.
- Select the custom folder Adobe Flash 8 was preciously installed in.
- Under "Installer type" select "Deinstallation"
After uninstall is complete, open the previously used custom folder. You'll notice that authPlayLib (and possible other files) are still in the folder.
Reason
This is a known issue with the Macintosh uninstaller engine for Adobe Flash 8.

Solution
Manually delete the remaining folders.
