Poll data in a meeting room is not recorded

Issue


Poll data in a Breeze Meeting is not displayed in the Reports of the Breeze Manager.

Reason


When users are removed from a Meeting room by the presenter, the poll data is not recorded in the Breeze Manager. Although the poll has been closed and the meeting has ended, you will not see the poll listed in the Breeze Manager (Meetings > Reports > By Questions).

Solution


This is a known issue and will be fixed in a future release of Breeze. In the interim, avoid removing users from the Breeze meeting room.

This is the exact sequence to avoid:

  1. User answers a poll question.
  2. This same user is removed from the meeting room by the Presenter.
  3. The poll is closed after the user has left the meeting room.
