ColdFusion RDS is always enabled during EAR/WAR installProducts affected
Issue
When creating an EAR or WAR of ColdFusion from the ColdFusion installer (versions 8 or 9), you cannot disable RDS. The resulting EAR/WAR has the RDS functionality enabled within it.
Solution
Disable RDS manually using the instructions in the following TechNote:
