Adobe LiveCycle ES contains components that Adobe has licensed from third parties in order to deliver the documented features that LiveCycle supports. Except for  the limited number of exceptions listed below, all third party components delivered with LiveCycle are supported by Adobe under normal support SLAs. The support is limited to product capabilities that are documented in the LiveCycle documentation set and does not cover any other use of the third party components. If a defect is found with how a third party component operates such that a documented LiveCycle product feature does not function correctly then it is Adobe's responsibility to correct the defect.  Adobe is in no way responsible for providing support on the third party component if used anyway other than documented within the LiveCycle product.
 
Existing support mechanisms must be used to report any LiveCycle product issues.

Adobe does not provide warranties on the following third party components delivered with LiveCycle:

1.  The JBoss Application server
2. The MySQL database and Driver
3. The Sun JDK
4.  The JDBC drivers for Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL Server
