When using Open Office integration, memory and threads grows over time
Issue
Due to a memory leak in OpenOffice process, the memory and threads keep increasing in same cases when processing documents via the Open Office integration.
Reason
There is an issue with Open Office, http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=41675.
Solution
Restart the Open Office process manually.
