Hyperlinks do not function in cfpresentationslide

Issue

If OpenOffice is not installed and you provide the PowerPoint presentation as the source ("src") in <cfpresentationslide>, hyperlinks do not function in the Connect presentation.

Reason

Typically, this issue is due to OpenOffice not being installed.

Solution

Install OpenOffice.
