LiveCycle ES: Out-of-Office Delegation/Queue sharing tasks not appearing in delegee's worklist

Issue

You have enabled out-of-office delegation or queue sharing in Workspace, but the new tasks are not being forwarded to the target users' worklists. 

Solution

To ensure that Workspace forwards new tasks to users who have set up delegation/queue sharing in Workspace, enable out-of-office delegation or queue sharing for the task in Workbench.

1. Start Workbench.
2. Open the related process in Workbench.
3. Select the AssignTask operation.
4. Follow instructions below for enabling queue sharing or out-of-office delegation.

Queue sharing in Workbench

Open the AssignTask properties and select the "Add ACL for shared queue" option.

Out-of-office delegation in Workbench

Open the AssignTask propreties and select the "Allow Out Of office Designation" option.

The out-of-office delegation and queue sharing functionalities only forwards new tasks that arrive after you enable the delegation in Workspace.
