Best Practice for uploading non-supported images to customize your Breeze meeting room with room backgrounds

Breeze Meeting rooms can be customized using images by selecting the "Room Background" option under the Meeting tab. The current best practice is to use supported images (.jpg or .gif) set at the appropriate size, 800x600 pixels. If you are trying to upload a non-supported image, use the steps listed below as a workaround.

1. Open the image in any photo imaging program.
2. Save the image as either a .jpg or .gif, and set the size at 800x600, the lowest resolution.
3. Download the image onto your desktop.
4. Enter your meeting room and upload the image into a share pod and then close it.

Now that your image is uploaded into the meeting room, it will appear as selectable content when you are choosing a room background.
