This document describes the Acrobat 8.1.3 Security Update

Summary

The Adobe Acrobat and Reader 8.1.4 update addresses several security vulnerabilities. Please see Security Bulletin APSB09-04 for details. Adobe always recommends that you install the latest updates.

Note: This Update can be applied to Adobe Acrobat and Reader versions 8.1.3 on Windows and Macintosh. Full Reader 8.1.4 installers are available for Linux and Solaris

Adobe Reader 8.1.4 (Windows)

• Intel Pentium III or equivalent processor
• Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4; Windows Server 2003 (32-bit or 64-bit editions) with Service Pack 1; Windows XP Professional, Home, Tablet PC, or 64-bit editions with Service Pack 2 or 3; or Windows Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Ultimate, Business, or Enterprise with Service Pack 1 (32-bit or 64-bit editions)
• 128MB of RAM (256MB recommended for complex forms or large documents)
