Issue
Adobe Acrobat Connect Enterprise clients who have installed Flash Player 10 and enter a Connect meeting room which has not been patched for Flash Player 10 might encounter the error message, "Adobe Acrobat Connect requries Flash Player 8,0,0,0 or newer."
Reason
When entering an Adobe Acrobat Connect meeting a version check is run to make sure you have the correct version of Flash Player. We have updated our version detection to recognize Flash Player 10.
Solution
Adobe Acrobat Pro Hosted customers
No action required, this is a server side patch and our Adobe Acrobat Pro Hosted servers have the update.
Adobe Acrobat Pro Enterprise customers:
Download and install the appropriate server side patch for your version of Adobe Acrobat Connect Enterprise.
Installation instructions are included in the patch.This patch works for all supported languages.
Adobe Acrobat Connect Enterprise version 7.x
The patch includes the following fixes:C6 SP2
- Flash Player 10 detection.
- Enhanced Audio disabled by default to improve the VoIP experience.
