Track Orders placed on the Adobe Store


When you place orders on the Adobe Store, you will receive various e-mails (to the address that you used when you placed the order) that give you the status of your order.

However, you can check the order status on the Adobe Store by doing the following steps:

  1. Go to www.adobe.com.
  2. At the top left of the Home Page, click Your Account.
  3. Type in your Adobe ID and Password, and click Sign In.
  4. Under Purchases click View Order History.
  5. Click the link to the specific order.

    Note: If you don't see your order on the Order History page, then click the Back button on your Web Browser and then click Customer Support Portal to submit a Web Case.
     
  6. Click the tracking number link to see the shipping status on the carrier's website.

 

Track orders placed over the phone with Adobe


To check the status of orders you placed directly with Adobe over the telephone, do the following steps:

  1. Go to www.adobe.com.
  2. At the top left of the Home Page, click Your Account.
  3. Type in your Adobe ID and Password, and click Sign In.
  4. Click Customer Support Portal.
  5. On the Customer Support Portal page under Get Support, click the Orders & Returns tab.
  6. From the Choose Issue Type menu choose Order Status.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Complete the form and click Submit.

Before you contact Adobe, please be ready with your order number.

After you submit your case via the Customer Support Portal, you will receive a response within 24 hours.
