Differences in events-order triggering by the xfa.host.openList method cause changes in form's layout and behavior.

Issue

The form, originally created for Acrobat 7.x, behaves or looks differently when opened in Acrobat 8.x.

Reason

In Acrobat 7.x and Acrobat 8.x , events are triggered in a different order by the xfa.host.openList method.

Solution

---

Turn off Direct Rendering in your form by adding the following processing instructions to the template:

<?originalXFAVersion http://www.xfa.org/schema/xfa-template/2.5/ LegacyRendering:1?>
