Enable error logging in Adobe Digital Editions 1.xProducts affected
In some cases it is helpful to turn on the Adobe Digital Editions error log. For example, gathering the import and error logs is a common request from Adobe Support.
To turn on logging in Digital Editions 1.x
- Press Control+Shift+T (Windows) or Command+Shift+T (Mac).
- In the dialog, select Enable Error Logging.
- Approve the dialog.
- Restart Digital Editions.
- Repeat the action(s) that cause(s) the problem.
On Windows, the log files are saved to My Documents\My Digital Editions.
On the Mac, the log files are located in the Digital Editions folder in your Documents folder under your home directory.
