Adobe Captivate Interaction does not work in Adobe Presenter if Adobe Flash version is not set correctly
Issue
Adobe Captivate 2.0 has a feature where the author can create an Adobe Captivate Interaction where the user (consumer) of the content can "interact" with the system. As an example, the author can create the interaction such that it prompts the user to type in their user ID and password and, if they do it properly, allow them to move on to the next slide. If the user does not provide the correct user ID and password the interaction can give them more feedback.
In certain circumstances, these "interactions" will not work in an Adobe Presenter 6 Presentation.
Reason
The SWF file that is inserted into the Presenter PPT file must be for version "Adobe Flash Player 8" (or later) in order to support "interactions".
Solution
When publishing from Adobe Captivate, be sure to select Adobe Flash Player 8 for the Adobe Flash version.
