Meetings intermittently crash while screen sharing on an Intel-based Macintosh
Issue
When using Adobe Connect Professional 6 on an Intel-based Macintosh, the meeting room intermittently crashes when screen sharing.
Reason
While this issue is still under investigation, meeting room crashes seem more frequent under Mac OS X 10.4.8 than earlier versions because of changes to Apple OS and Rosetta.
Solution
Our engineering team is aware of this issue and plans to address it in a future release of Adobe Connect Professional 6. This issue only affects the hosts and presenters in a meeting.
