Issue
When publishing a PowerPoint presentation or Adobe Captivate movie to the Adobe Connect Enterprise server, the following error message occurs:
Not enough storage is available to process the command
Reason
This error occurs because the PowerPoint presentation or Adobe Captivate movie file size exceeds the supported file size. The supported file size is 100 MB.
Solution
In order to publish files that are over 100MB in size, you need to break the PowerPoint presentation or Adobe Captivate movie into smaller files.
