"Account Expired" message upon logging in to Connect Hosted
Issue
When a user logs in to Adobe's Hosted Connect site, they receive an "Account Expired" message.
Reason
The user is most likely using a password on a trial account (which is directing them to this account) that has 'expired'.
Solution
The user's password needs to be changed. Simply have the user click the "Forget your password?" link at the login page. An email will be sent to the user where they will be directed to a web page to change the password.
