PDF is not supported in screen sharing

Issue

You would like to share PDF files in a meeting room by screen sharing. When you select Documents > Select from My Computer or Select from Content Library and search for PDF files, you don't see the PDF files listed.

Reason

The current version of Adobe Connect Professional does not support PDF files in the screen share pod. PDF support will be included in a future release of Adobe Connect Professional.

Solution

If you would like to share PDF files, you may use the File share pod to upload the PDF files. The other solution is to convert the document into Flash Paper or SWF format. You may screen share the Flash Paper or SWF documents.
