Login IDs cannot be created with a language other than English
Issue
Many Connect customers are international companies and, as such, they have Connect users that speak English, some that speak French and some that speak both.
There are two methods for creating new Connect login IDs using Connect Enterprise Manager: interactively, in the NewUser page, one login ID at a time and, in batch, using the CSV import feature. Neither method supports the setting of the user profile language property.
Reason
Because of this issue, all new login IDs are created with the language property set to English (the default). Additionally, there is no way for the Administrator to change the language property for the login ID(s) just created, only the new user themselves have access to their Profile where the change can be made.
Solution
This issue will be addressed in a future release of Connect.
