I am having problems connecting to my Acrobat Connect meeting. Is my computer configured correctly for use with Acrobat Connect?

Solution


Acrobat Connect provides an online Connection Test for troubleshooting connection problems with your Acrobat Connect meeting. This utility tests the four key components for a successful meeting experience:

  1. Flash Player version
  2. Network connectivity to the Acrobat Connect server
  3. Available bandwidth
  4. Acrobat Connect Meeting Add-in version
You can access this utility inside the meeting room by selecting Help > Troubleshooting or by clicking on the following URL:
