Error when uploading file in Breeze MeetingProducts affected
Issue
The following error may be seen when uploading a PowerPoint file to a Breeze Meeting:
Upload error:error sco-update invalid
Reason
The error occurs because the file name exceeds the 60 character file name limit in Breeze.
Note: The 60 character file name limit is also applicable to other file types (SWF, JPG, GIF).
Solution
Rename the file to comply with the file name limit. The file extension (.ppt, .swf, .jpg) must also be included in the count for the entire file name. It is better to rename the file to have no more than 56 characters (55 characters if the file extension contains 4 characters, such as .jpeg).
