Can't view Help content for Photoshop Elements 4.0 in Help Center (on Windows)

Issue

When you start the Help Center in Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0, it returns the following error message:

"This topic you have selected is part of the Help for Photoshop Elements, which is not installed. To see this topic install Photoshop Elements."

Details

When you start the Help Center from the Windows Start menu, Adobe Help Center 2.0 opens and Photoshop Elements 4.0 is not available from the product menu.

Solution: Download the Photoshop Elements Help package from the Adobe website and save it to the Help Center's package folder.

1. Download the PhotoshopElements_4.0_en_us.zippackage from the Adobe website at www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=40&platform=Windows .

Important: Do not unzip the package.

2. Save the Help package to the following location: Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Help Center/AdobeHelpData/Packages.

3. Manually start the Adobe Help Center by opening the following file: Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Help Center/ahc.exe.
