Version Cue CS2 icon appears with a red X and fails to start on Intel-based Macintosh computers
Issue
When you open the Adobe Version Cue CS2 preferences, you receive the following error message:
"You cannot open Adobe Version Cue CS2 preferences pane on this computer. Contact the developer of this software for a newer version."
Details
The Version Cue icon in the Finder menu bar at the top of the Mac OS desktop appears with a red X (indicating it is turned off). Version Cue does not turn on when you choose Turn Version Cue CS2 On.
Background information
Adobe Version Cue CS2 is incompatible with and not supported on Intel-based Macintosh computers.
