Print command unavailable for documents larger than 30,000 pixels

Although Adobe Photoshop supports a maximum dimension of 300,000 by 300,000 pixels per image, Mac OS and Windows can't print a document larger than 30,000 by 30,000 pixels because of system and printer driver limitations. When a document larger than 30,000 by 30,000 pixels is open in Photoshop, the Print commands are unavailable.

You can, however, use a third-party application such as a RIP (raster image processor)--PosterWorks, for example--to print these large-format images.
