Error occurs when you enter your login or password (Create Adobe PDF Online)

Issue

When you try to log in, Create Adobe PDF Online returnsan error such as the following:

-- "Internal Error, code 0W11."

-- "Incorrect password. Please try again. Note Passwords are case-sensitive."

-- "ERROR! The password you entered does not match your Adobe ID. Please try again."

-- "You entered the wrong Adobe ID or password. Note that passwords are case-sensitive. Please try again."

Solution

Make sure that your login name (that is, your Adobe ID) and password are formatted correctly for Create Adobe PDF Online. Login names and passwords must meet the following criteria:

-- Login names must be 30 characters or fewer.

-- Passwords must be 6-12 characters; characters include letters, numbers, and spaces.

-- Passwords must not begin with a space, although spaces in the middle of the password are OK.

Note:Passwords are case sensitive.

To change your Adobe ID or password:

1. Log into your account on the Adobe website at https://store.adobe.com/store/customerregistration/your_account.jhtml .

2. Click Edit Your Account Information.

3. Enter a new Adobe ID or password in the Adobe ID and Password Information section.

4. Click Save Changes.

Background information

Create Adobe PDF Online returns an error when you try to log in if your Adobe ID or password contains more than 12 characters, or if it contains characters other than letters, numbers, or spaces.
