Hyperlinks aren't converted from Word to PDF (Create Adobe PDF Online)

Issue

After you convert a Microsoft Word document to Adobe PDF using Create Adobe PDF Online, hyperlinks in the Word document are missing from the PDF file.

Solution: Create a tagged PDF file.

Resubmit the Word document, and select Enable Tagged PDF Generation in the Conversion Settings dialog box. The Create Tagged PDF option is available only if you have a paid subscription to Create Adobe PDF Online. For information about becoming a subscriber, see the Adobe website at https://createpdf.adobe.com .

Note: To set Enable Tagged PDF Generation as a default, click Preferences before you open a file, and select Enable Tagged PDF Generation in the Document Settings section of the Preferences dialog box.

Background information

To include hyperlinks in a PDF file created from a Word document using Create Adobe PDF Online, you must select Create Tagged PDF in the Conversion Settings or Preferences dialog box.
