Running FrameMaker in Windows with a Non-Intel Processor
Adobe FrameMaker for Windows was developed for and tested with personal computers with Intel processors. Adobe has received only one report of a problem running FrameMaker with a clone processor; the problem was traced to the system's motherboard, which wasn't certified by the processor chip manufacturer. If you run FrameMaker with a clone processor and problems arise, Adobe Technical Support will suggest basic troubleshooting steps but cannot guarantee that FrameMaker will run correctly.
