Resolve damaged downloads

When you suspecta file you downloaded from the Adobe website or FTP site is damaged, do one or more of the following:

-- Delete the file and download it again using an Internet connection that is known to be stable. To instructions on determining if your Internet connection is stable and for resolving unstable Internet connections, see document 323068 , "Resolve an unstable Internet connection to the Adobe website or FTP site."

-- Report the problem to Adobe to confirmthat the file on the Adobe website or FTP site is not damaged. For instructions, see document 322957 , "How to report a download problem."

Note: Adobe does not support third-party software, including, but not limited to, web browsers and FTP client applications.
