Graphics Don't Print to a PostScript Printer Under FrameMaker 5 and 5.5 for Windows NT 4.0
Issue
Graphics may not print to a PostScript printer from FrameMaker 5.1.x or 5.5 for Windows NT 4.0.
Solution
Install Service Pack 2 or later for Windows NT 4.0.
To obtain the latest Service Pack, refer to the Microsoft Web Page (http://www.microsoft.com).
Additional Information
If a graphic is cropped or if it resides in a table, it may not print to a PostScript printer from FrameMaker 5.1.x or FrameMaker 5.5 under Windows NT 4.0. The graphic should print correctly to a PCL printer.
Service Pack 2 or later contains a new pscript.dll and several other print-related files that resolve this problem.
