Persistent crashes occur when attempting to install the Meeting Add-In

Issue

During the installation of the Meeting Add-In, the Flash Player may crash and then continually crash thereafter, not allowing access to your meeting.

Reason

This can be due to a conflict between the Meeting Add-in and Kensington mouse drivers.

Solution

To resolve this issue, uninstall Kensington MouseWorks using the Add/Remove Programs from your Windows Control Panel. You will still be able to make use of your mouse even after uninstalling the software since Windows already has a general device driver for any brand of mouse.
