Pop-up menu are not displayed correctly in Safari while doing round tripping
Issue
After round tripping a file containing pop-up menus between Macromedia Dreamweaver and Macromedia Fireworks, the Safari browser will not show the updates even though the HTML code reflects the changes.
Reason
The engineering team reported this as being an issue with the Safari 2.0 application and how it caches files.
Solution
There are several options that will allow the new version of the file to load. You may need to try several of these to get the cache to reset.
- Select the Reload button in the address bar
- Select Safari > Empty Cache
- Quit and re-launch Safari
