Status of the Havok Physics Xtra

Where is the Havok Physics Xtra in Director MX 2004? Is it not included in Director XM 2004?
Reason
The Havok Physics Xtra will not be included in Director MX 2004 as the limited-time inclusion agreement has passed. We are currently working with Havok to determine if and when the Havok Xtra can be made available again to Director customers. The Havok Xtra is still included in Shockwave Player 10. Any content created using the Havok Xtra will continue to run properly in the Shockwave Player. Please visit the Havok web site for more information on their product offerings.
