Audio not recorded in Breeze Meeting with Premiere Global Services enabled
Issue
The audio portion of a Breeze Meeting is not recorded when a Breeze Meeting is recorded and Premiere Global Services audio conference was set up for the meeting room.
Reason
This can happen if you dial into the conference room prior to starting the Breeze Meeting.
Solution
This is a known issue that will be addressed in future versions of Premiere Global telepony bridges. In the meantime, ensure that the Breeze Meeting starts before the conference call.
To start the audio conference in a Breeze Meeting room, follow the directions below:
- Log into Breeze.
- Click on the Meetings tab.
- Select the Meeting you wish to add Premiere Global audio conference to.
- Select Edit Information.
- Under Audio Conference Settings, choose Include my Premier audio conference with this meeting.
- Click Save.
- Log into the meeting as a Host or Presenter.
- Click the Phone icon.
- Select Start Audio Conference.
- Dial into the conference.
- Begin the recording.
