Help windows appears when registering HH.EXE
Issue
HTML Help window appears when registering HH.EXE in Install Shield.
Solution
The HTML Help window will appear when registering HH.EXE in Install Shield only if you manually set Install Shield to register the file. Microsoft designed HH.EXE as a self-registering file; there is no need to register HH.EXE with Install Shield.
