Breeze encounters error while recoding audio

Issue

When attempting to record audio in Breeze Plug-in for PowerPoint, the following error message appears, "Breeze has encountered an unexpected problem while working with this presentation. Try saving your work to a new file and restarting PowerPoint."

Reason

Users may encounter this error if the audio file has become corrupt or if the computer does not have enough disk space to process the audio.

Solution

Check the disk space on the computer used to create the presentation. Audio recording requires a large amount of disk space, so users should free up as much disk space as possible. Users should expect to need approximately 0.5 MB of hard disk for every minute of presentation audio.

If the issue does not appear to be caused by disk space, please contact Breeze support. To contact Breeze support, choose Breeze> Help from within Microsoft PowerPoint, then choose Macromedia> Customer Support.
