Audio inserted using PowerPoint is missing from published presentation
Issue
When playing back a Breeze presentation, the audio recorded using the Breeze Plug-in for PowerPoint plays correctly, but any audio inserted into a Microsoft PowerPoint slide is missing.
Reason
The Breeze Plug-in for PowerPoint can only use inserted audio after it has been converted.
Note: Currently, the Breeze Plug-in for PowerPoint only supports WAV files.
Solution
Inserted audio must be converted using Breeze > Import Audio before it can be used in a presentation. For detailed steps on correctly inserting and converting audio please refer to Using inserted audio in a presentation (TechNote 16811).
