How do I track my current order?

After your order has shipped, please check for delivery status with the carrier using your tracking number.

Adobe Store orders

If you purchased your product from the Adobe Store, then locate your tracking number(s) by doing the following steps:

  • Sign in to your account using your Adobe ID and password
  • Under Purchases click View Order History
  • Click the link to the specific order
  • Follow the link from the tracking number to the carrier's website
Phone orders

If you purchased your product over the phone from Adobe Customer Service, then call Customer Service to locate your tracking number(s).

Why is the status of my order still pending?

If the status of your order is still pending after three working days and the availability date has passed, then contact Customer Service.

What other conditions might affect the shipment of my order?

Shipment of products ordered directly from Adobe are subject to the following conditions:

  • Payment clearance
  • System failure
  • Delivery location
  • Stock shortages (for Adobe Store purchases, product availability is indicated in the shopping cart and on your receipt)
  • Holidays and Adobe shut-down periods

Adobe is not be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, consequential damage and damages for loss or interruption of business in the event that any direct order does not arrive during the next business day.

Adobe does not deliver to Post Office boxes.
