What are Adobe's shipping carriers, times, and costs?

*The estimated shipping time of your order may be affected by the following circumstances:
- Payment clearance
- System failure
- Estimated shipping time includes Adobe's 48-hour order processing time
- Estimated shipping time does not include weekends or holidays
- Adobe cannot guarantee shipment of orders on the same day orders are placed
- Occasionally a high volume of requests or a shortage of stock might delay your order
- Products shipped to Canada or Mexico may be delayed at customs
Adobe is not be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, consequential damage and damages for loss or interruption of business in the event that any direct order does not arrive during the next business day.
What is your delivery policy?
Please be aware that products ordered directly from Adobe (via phone and online) have a 48-hour order processing time in addition to the carrier's estimated shipping time. Occasionally a high volume of requests or stock shortage may delay despatch. Availability is indicated in the shopping cart and on your receipt. Please note, we cannot guarantee to ship an item the day the order is placed. This service is subject to payment clearance, system failure, delivery location, products being in stock, and any shut-down periods. While all reasonable efforts will be made to provide this service, Adobe will not be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, consequential damage and damages for loss or interruption of business, in the event that any item ordered via this service does not arrive during the next business day. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post Office Box numbers.
- North America/EMEA delivery policy - Adobe in North America delivers to the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, Mexico, and Canada. If you live outside these areas, please visit other ways to buy for a list of options available in your area.
- Asia Pacific/International - The Adobe Asia Pacific/International Stores can deliver only to residents of Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa and Brazil. If you are not currently a resident of any of these countries, please check our store selector to see if we have a store that serves your country, or see Other Ways to Buy to purchase Adobe products.
Why is the status of my order still pending?
If the status of your order is still "pending" after 3 working days and the availability date has passed, contact Customer Service.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by your Adobe Store order form.
- On the Australia store shipping is A$25.
- On the International Store shipping is US$25.
- Shipping time is 3-5 days.
You will be able to view your total shipping charge at the time you place your order. NOTE: If you live in South Africa, New Zealand, Hong Kong or Brazil the carrier (FedEx or UPS) will charge you for appropriate taxes and pay them to the appropriate authorities. This tax will not appear on your order during the checkout process.
