• If you ordered a single-user or education product directly from Adobe, then use the order status tracker. Make sure that you have your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email.
• If you ordered a volume license of an Adobe product, then check your order status using the Adobe Licensing Website (LWS). 

 Why is my order status still pending?

Orders can take up to 48 hours to process, exclusive of weekends. An additional 24-hour delay can occur if an order is reviewed to protect against fraudulent credit card use.

If your order status is still pending after three working days and the availability date has passed, contact Adobe.

 What is your delivery policy?

Adobe cannot guarantee that an item is shipped the day the order is placed. Shipment is subject to payment clearance, system failure, delivery location, inventory, and shut-down periods. While all reasonable efforts are made to provide this service, Adobe is not liable for any damages. Damages can include, but are not limited to, consequential damage and damages for loss or interruption of business, if any item ordered via this service does not arrive during the next business day.

Adobe is unable to deliver to post office boxes.

 What are North America shipping carriers, times, and costs?

Estimated shipping time includes the 48-hour order processing time. It doesn't include weekends or holidays. Products shipped to Canada or Mexico can be delayed at customs.

Adobe cannot determine the customs, brokerage, or other fees that you can incur when the product enters your country. Therefore, the carrier collects these fees when they deliver your order. In some countries, the carrier also collects appropriate taxes (VAT, GST, IVA, and so on). For a more accurate estimate, check with the carrier. If you want to know the exact charges, purchase a software download or purchase from a local Adobe reseller.

 What are Asia Pacific and Brazil shipping times and costs?

Shipping time is 3-5 days, and shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order. You can view your total shipping charge at the time you place your order.

• Australia: Shipping is A$25.  
• Brazil: Shipping is US$25.
• Other countries: The total weight of all items, shipping method selected, and destination of the order determines the shipping cost.

Note: If you live in South Africa, New Zealand, Hong Kong, or Brazil, the carrier (FedEx or UPS) charges you for any required taxes. The carrier then pays them to the appropriate authorities. This tax doesn't appear on your order during the checkout process.
