'Flash not installed' error when installing Extensions
Issue
When attempting to install an Extension from the Macromedia Exchange for Flash, an error message appears that says Flash is not installed, even though Flash is installed.
Reason
An old version of the Macromedia Extension Manager is installed on your system.
Solution
Download and install an updated version of the Macromedia Extension Manager.
