Shockwave Player version history
The purpose of this document is to provide information to the Shockwave developer community about changes made to new versions of Adobe Shockwave Player, whether those changes involve modifications to the Shockwave Player itself or to the Shockwave installer. A brief summary of these changes is included for each version. Links are provided to other documents that list the changes in further detail.
Note: This document is intended to help developers keep current with changes to Shockwave Player and is not designed to document the entire history of Shockwave. Consequently, it starts with the last major version of Shockwave Player (Shockwave Player 8.0) that was released as of the date this TechNote was first written.
