Shockwave stand-alone installer
To get the stand-alone installer, go to the alternates Shockwave page provided below.

Note: Developers looking for the free Shockwave player licensing program, will need to fill out the licensing agreement. Once you have completed the agreement, a link to the corresponding web page and instructions about the download process will be sent to you via e-mail.

Shockwave uninstaller
To get the uninstaller, click the link below and save the file to your hard drive:
Windows

Once the file has finished downloading, double-click it to uninstall Shockwave. The uninstaller will work for Shockwave Player version 6 and higher.
Apple Macintosh OS X v 10.x.x
The installer contains both the installer and the uninstaller.
Users can download the slim installer located on the Shockwave download center. or the full installer located on the alternates page at:www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/alternates/#sp
Apple Macintosh Classic OS v 9.x.x
Please follow these steps by manually deleting these files/folders on the Classic Macintosh operating system.
Note: [Browser Plug-ins folder] will be unique for each Browser in question. Deleting an entire Shockwave folder will delete all Xtras, including 3rd party Xtras.
