Why doesn't anything happen when I try to access my Flash help file?

If you have installed Flash 2 and are running it on a Macintosh with OS8 and nothing happens when you click on the Help menu selections you will need to follow these simple steps to get it working.

1 Close Flash
2 Double click your System folder to open it.
3 Inside your System folder is a folder entitled Macromedia. Double click the Macromedia folder to open it.
4 Double click on the Help folder inside the Macromedia folder.
5 Inside the Help folder is an icon for the Macromedia Help Player. Double click the Help Player icon to launch it.
6 Close the Help Player and the other folders that you opened.

Once you have completed these steps you should be able to relaunch Flash and access the items on your Help menu.
