Why do I see a white box flash within my browser window on my Macintosh when I issue a Goto action in a Shockwave Flash movie?
Issue
If you are using a browser on the Macintosh platform to view Shockwave Flash movies that utilize a Goto action you may notice a white box appear briefly on your screen, either over the button area or the entire browser window at the moment that the action is passed.
Reason
This is a known problem for some browsers on the Macintosh with the Flash plugin version 2.0 r 11 and earlier.
Solution
This problem has been corrected with the Shockwave Flash plugin version 3. Currently (as of June 2, 1998) version 3.0 r 10 is the most recent version. Go to the Shockwave Download Center to get the latest version.
