Sending feedback to the product and documentation teams

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback about our products and services. Your suggestions can help us improve on existing programs. Due to the high volume of feedback received, we cannot respond to all suggestions, but we read each submission and do our best to incorporate your feedback into future product releases.

Please note that the feedback forms are not for questions; you will NOT receive a response to questions of a technical nature. For information on submitting questions for technical support please see our technical support options. For non-technical questions please use the customer service submission form.

For all Macromedia products, refer to the Macromedia Software Feature Request and Bug Report submission form.

For Macromedia University, send e-mail to wish-macromediauniversity@macromedia.com

When sending feature requests or feedback please remember:

  • Include your contact information, including name, e-mail address, and phone number, in case we need to contact you.
  • Be as specific as possible in describing your wish or comment.
  • Please do not send attachments along with your e-mail. If we need more details from you, we will contact you.
