Import to Library command not functioning correctly

Issue

When importing a Flash Video (FLV) using the Import to Library command, Macromedia Flash imports the video to the stage instead of only to the Library.

For example:

1. Select File > Import > Import to Library
2. Select any video file.
3. Select Progressive download from a standard web server option.

Notice the Flash Video on the stage as well as in the library.

Reason

This is due to a known issue with Macromedia Flash.

Solution

To solve this issue, simply delete the instance of the video on the stage.
